PARTY  WALL  MATTERS
	The Party Wall Etc Act 1996 requires that either one or two surveyors be appointed in matters that affect property adjacent to each other. In this respect, property may refer to either buildings or land. We provide for party wall surveys/inspections guiding our client through the do's and don'ts as required by the Act, ensuring that the necessary notices are presented, or received as the case maybe.
