We provide this service for those people who
are engaged in searching for a suitable property to purchase and require clarification on their initial observations, prior to commissioning their own survey. Those involved in a D.I.Y project from alterations
to a complete Self Build or who have retained the services of a builder and require answers to specific
questions. Perhaps it is just a feeling that all is not as it should be, find out by simply typing your
question in the dialog box provided below along with the method of payment, the illustration is for reference,
providing a breakdown of the elements associated with a building along with tick boxes upon which to base
your question or questions. Each element has its own value, these range from
£15 to £25 reflecting not only there significance but also the depth of the answer required. Where more often than not the answer will involve other elements, which
will either be affected or have an affect upon the element in question.
Upon completing the PayPal transaction a response will be sent as soon as possible, the response time will very much depend upon, the complexity of the question/s, the volume of questions being dealt with at any one time and the time of day posted. However, one should allow up to 12 hours for a response, whilst we envisage responding well within this time frame, from time to time we may exceed it.
