This
Survey
covers
most
of
the
basic
elements
as
with
the
Full
Building
Survey
however,
it
does not
provide
for the
information
to
the
same
detail,
nor
does
it
include
external
to
the
property,
roads,
trees or external
structures,
which
are
not
part
of
the
property's
accommodation. The
Full
Building
Survey
will
detail
necessary
remedial
works
together
with
points
requiring
attention
or
further
clarification
under,
Serious
Defects,
Essential
Repairs,
Other
repairs,
Points
Requiring
Further Investigation
and
Matters
for
Your
Solicitor.
To
each
of
these,
that
is
apart
from
the
last
two,
there
will
be
a
guide
budget
provided.
The
Budget
Line
Survey
will
merely
provide
at
the
end
of
the
report,
three
headings,
which
are
Points
of
Particular
Concern,
Points
Requiring
Further
Investigation
and
Recommendations,
neither
will
it
contain
any
photographic
evidence.
It
solely
provides
for
the
differing
elements
of
the
structure
itself
to
be
referred
to
in
text
and
paragraph
format,
it
will
not
take
account
of
fixtures,
fittings
or
finishings
as
these
may
be
largely
assessed
by
the
potential
purchaser,
unless
requested.
It will consider
Environmental
issues
i.e.
Telephone
Masts,
Potential
for
Flooding
and
Radon
Gas.
This
type
of
Survey
Report
has
been
developed
for
those
people
who
are
starting
out
on
the
property
ladder;
or
for
those
who
are
on
fixed
incomes,
eg,
pensions
and
would
value
a
report
on
the
property's
condition,
to
provide
peace
of
mind,
but
due
to
limited
resources
are
not
in
a
position
to
have
a
more
sophisticated
survey
carried
out.
Whilst we
offer various
types
of
building
surveys it
is
important
to
bear
in
mind
what
it
is
you
require
from
the
survey
together
with
the
type
of
property
being
surveyed. We
at Low-Cost
Home
Surveyors should
be
only
to
happy
to
discuss
and advise
if
required,
in
order
that
the
survey
conducted
provides
what
it
is
you
require
from
it.
